constitutive promoter-rbs-tetR(LVA)

This part used to construct a device which can generate repressor of pTet regulator consitutively. TetR repression is inhibited by the addition of tetracycline or its analog, aTc. We inserted cheZ coding region after pTet in order to control the gene expression by adding inducer.This part does not pose any biological threat.
